Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula
  • Silicone muffin pan

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • Use the microwave to melt the coconut oil.
  • Combine the melted coconut oil with all of the other ingredients and stir the mixture to a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into your silicone muffin pan and allow it to set while in the freezer for 10 minutes. Make sure that you store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will hold for up to 5 days.

Notes

Use a food processor to cut down prep time to a few minutes.
 Almond butter and cashew butter are great substitutes for those who dislike peanut butter.
